Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

The Platinum package includes our Success Partnership : if you follow the protocol exactly and do not achieve freedom, we continue working with you at no additional charge until you do. This is not a money-back guarantee . We do not offer refunds. It is a commitment that we will not walk away. 95% of clients who follow the protocol achieve success. The guarantee holds only while you hold to the protocol, full compliance is required, including scheduling every session within 8 weeks of the previous one and completing all check-ins. The Success Partnership is available on Platinum only. Bronze and Gold packages do not include a performance guarantee. All sales are final for all packages, as each session reserves clinical time, specialist staff, and equipment that cannot be recouped.

Is this covered by insurance?

It is generally not covered. Because there is currently no governing body for laser therapy in Canada, standard health benefits do not recognize it. However, if you have a specific "Smoking Cessation" program or a Health Spending Account (HSA) in your private insurance, you may be able to use those funds. We recommend checking with your provider.

Is the treatment painful?

No. The treatment is non-invasive and generally completely painless. Most clients find the experience very relaxing, and many even fall asleep during the session.

How many sessions do I need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the protocol. Bronze includes your initial treatment plus a booster, ideal if you are highly motivated and want to test the water. Gold includes 4 treatments for clients who want structured support without the full commitment. Platinum includes 10 treatments and can span up to one year. For all multi-session packages, Treatments 1 and 2 must be completed exactly one week apart. Every treatment after that must be scheduled no more than 8 weeks from the previous session. There is no fixed monthly schedule, you control the pace within those boundaries. For Addiction specifically, we strongly recommend the full Platinum protocol spread across the entire year. The biology of addiction requires sustained, spaced reinforcement. Rushing the sessions reduces effectiveness.

Are there any side effects?

There are no known negative side effects of the laser itself. However, as your body detoxes, you may experience temporary signs of healing such as: Restlessness at night (can be treated with Melatonin) Temporary fatigue (can be treated with Vitamin B) Coughing (lung clearing) or sinus drainage

Will my Doctor support this treatment?

We haven’t met a doctor who disagrees with quitting smoking or addiction. Most doctors prefer avoiding pills with major side effects. We have successfully treated doctors, nurses, and health professionals with LaserQuit.

What happens if I go more than 8 weeks between sessions?

This is our Void Clause and it is strictly enforced. If you exceed 8 weeks between any two treatments, all remaining sessions in your package become immediately null and void. There are no exceptions. To continue treatment, you must restart the entire protocol from the beginning and pay the full package price again. This policy is documented in the materials and emails you receive when you purchase. The 8-week rule exists because the biological protocol depends on spaced reinforcement within a specific window. Going beyond that window means your nervous system has reset, and the previous sessions can no longer build on each other. Starting over is not a penalty, it is the science. If you know in advance that you cannot attend within 8 weeks, contact us before the window closes. We cannot extend the deadline, but early communication gives you the best chance of planning around it.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. There is a $50 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
