By accessing this website and booking services with LaserQuit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed treatments or packages.
Cancellation Fee: A fee of $50.00 CAD will be charged for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the full cost of the session being charged.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Addiction recovery is a complex biological and psychological process. While LaserQuit utilizes advanced photobiomodulation technology with a high success rate, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results for every individual.

Success depends on your commitment to the lifestyle changes required to remain addiction-free. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own recovery journey.

4. Limitation of Liability

LaserQuit and its technicians shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
