How to Book Your Treatment
Complete these three steps in order. Do not skip ahead.
Purchase Your Package First
You cannot book a session without purchasing a treatment package. Payment must be completed before scheduling.
Choose the treatment that matches your situation below. On that page, select your package (Bronze, Gold, or Platinum) and complete payment.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking code. You need this code to schedule your session in Step 3.

Check Your Email for Your Booking Code
After you purchase your package, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique booking code. This code is required to schedule your sessions.
Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within 5 minutes. The code is required to book, you cannot schedule without it.
Book Your Session Below
Once you have your code, use the calendar below to book your session at your preferred location. Enter your booking code when prompted.
Choose the clinic closest to you and select a time that works. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare.
