The Success Partnership is available on Platinum only. Bronze and Gold packages do not include a performance guarantee. All sales are final for all packages, as each session reserves clinical time, specialist staff, and equipment that cannot be recouped.

It is generally not covered. Because there is currently no governing body for laser therapy in Canada, standard health benefits do not recognize it.

However, if you have a specific "Smoking Cessation" program or a Health Spending Account (HSA) in your private insurance, you may be able to use those funds. We recommend checking with your provider.

No. The treatment is non-invasive and generally completely painless. Most clients find the experience very relaxing, and many even fall asleep during the session.

It depends on the protocol. Bronze includes your initial treatment plus a booster, ideal if you are highly motivated and want to test the water. Gold includes 4 treatments for clients who want structured support without the full commitment. Platinum includes 6 to 8 treatments and can span up to one year.

For all multi-session packages, Treatments 1 and 2 must be completed exactly one week apart. Every treatment after that must be scheduled no more than 8 weeks from the previous session. There is no fixed monthly schedule, you control the pace within those boundaries.

For Addiction specifically, we strongly recommend the full Platinum protocol spread across the entire year. The biology of addiction requires sustained, spaced reinforcement. Rushing the sessions reduces effectiveness.

There are no known negative side effects of the laser itself. However, as your body detoxes, you may experience temporary signs of healing such as:

• Restlessness at night (can be treated with Melatonin)
• Temporary fatigue (can be treated with Vitamin B)
• Coughing (lung clearing) or sinus drainage

We haven’t met a doctor who disagrees with quitting smoking or addiction. Most doctors prefer avoiding pills with major side effects. We have successfully treated doctors, nurses, and health professionals with LaserQuit.

Patches and pills do not deal with the physical craving once you stop taking them. LaserQuit creates a biological reset:

Our protocol runs on a strict 56-day (8-week) biological cycle: every follow-up must happen within 8 weeks of your last session, because that is the window the treatment is built around. If you cross the 56-day threshold, your current cycle is interrupted and the remaining sessions in your package are archived and forfeited. Restarting means letting your system reset for roughly 16 weeks, then re-initiating with a Clinical Reactivation Fee, less a loyalty credit of up to $50 for returning clients. We hold this standard because the protocol only works when the timing is respected. If life is about to get in the way, call your clinic before the window closes and we will do everything we can to keep you on track.

To continue treatment, you must restart the entire protocol from the beginning and pay the full package price again. This policy is documented in the materials and emails you receive when you purchase.

The 8-week rule exists because the biological protocol depends on spaced reinforcement within a specific window. Going beyond that window means your nervous system has reset, and the previous sessions can no longer build on each other. Starting over is not a penalty, it is the science.

If you know in advance that you cannot attend within 8 weeks, contact us before the window closes. We cannot extend the deadline, but early communication gives you the best chance of planning around it.
